How it Works

Your journey to optimized health begins with a complimentary 15-20 minute get-to-know-you call. If we both decide we're a great fit, then we move on to our 60-90 minute in-person intake session. This time is dedicated to taking a deep dive into everything from your wellness goals and lifestyle habits, to your body composition and movement patterns.

After the intake session, we design a customized program for you and only you involving intervention strategies in one or more areas of the Fueled by Four model: movement, nutrition, hormones, and toxins.

From here, your journey continues on a month to month basis, complete with accountability, progress tracking, and 24/7 access to your coach.
